The structure of Vitasense is completed with an elegant padded and removable cover on both sides, featuring a perimeter band in special three-dimensional fabric with high breathability and coordinated handles.

Evolution Foams

Vitasense has a 4-layer structure with transverse contoured resting surfaces and different firmness on both sides: the Visco Memory foam side is comfortable and enveloping, while the Softcell ecological foam side is comfortable and resilient. The top layer in variable thickness Viscoelastic Memory foam is designed to calibrate the right support based on the pressure exerted during rest.

Softcell is a latest-generation foam characterized by high porosity, low specific weight, and lasting elasticity. It resists heat and humidity well and lends itself to precise processing, ensuring a high quality standard over time.

Viscoelastic Memory foam is an innovative material designed to perfectly adapt to body weight, offering ergonomic support and optimal pressure distribution. Thanks to its elasticity and ability to respond to body temperature, this foam improves sleep comfort, promoting muscle relaxation and ensuring a more restorative sleep.

Kapok Climate

The combination of Makò cotton with Kapok fiber, spontaneously offered by nature and obtained from the fruits of the Ceiba tree, makes this padding unique. Its hollow fiber, also known as “vegetable silk,” is extraordinarily light, smooth, and elastic. It is composed of air-filled filaments covered by a layer of natural wax, which gives the padding surprising softness and fluffiness. Thanks to its intrinsic natural properties, it does not retain moisture, has antibacterial, anti-mite, and thermal insulating qualities, ideal for a comfortable and welcoming bed in all seasons. The cover is completed with an elasticized knit fabric, finely embroidered with a geometric design and protected with Clean and Fresh® treatment.

Fast Clean Hypoallergenic

Dacron® fiber produced by Advansa, a European leader in high-resilience fibers, offers a “soft and voluminous padding with excellent breathability and thermal insulation properties. Its ability to remain unaltered when in contact with moisture also makes it resistant to microorganisms, providing hypoallergenic and antibacterial properties, while the 4-channel hollow structure promotes optimal ventilation, ensuring a dry and healthy environment for rest.” The cover is made of stretch knit fabric, finely embroidered with a geometric design and protected with Clean and Fresh® treatment.

Unpadded cover, made with a premium upholstery fabric that enhances the comfort of the Evolution Foams line mattresses, adapting to the various proposed structures. Refined contrasting piping highlights the practical zipper on all 4 sides, ensuring easy removal. The Clean and Fresh® treatment ensures long-lasting hygiene and optimal protection over time.
